Coaching philosophy: To improve each girl’s understanding and love for the sport of field hockey, by encouraging and pushing girls to achieve their goals. I use realistic life and sport situations to explain field hockey specific traits and strategies. I believe that over time by building upon simple instruction, girls can immensely improve skills and knowledge of sport.
