Thank you for your interest in our effort to GROW the GAME in Buffalo NY! By filling out the form below you are showing interest in using our PE Field Hockey Unit! 

All Equipment must be picked up and dropped off to 204 Sharon Drive, West Seneca NY, 14224 (You will be contacted by Alycia Pici for coordinating time for pickup and drop off)
 Please write in your dates that you wish you use this equipment, please give us a 1st and 2nd choice and we will do our best to accommodate your requests, please note the days below that the equipment is NOT available to borrow! If we CANNOT meet your request, we will reach out to you to try to coordinate another time frame.
The unit is available to borrow for 3 weeks at a time!

The unit was provided to us by our director, Alycia Pici winning the 2025 Bessant grant! Through this grant we can provide local school districts with the opportunity to teach the game of field hockey to BOTH boys and girls ages K-12th grade! After the unit is complete if there is anything else that Alycia can do for you, please reach out to us at [email protected] Alycia is currently the NYS Chairperson for schools and has a deep passion to grow the game of Field Hockey!

The PE set includes a basic unit plan developed by USAFH with YouTube videos of basic skills for beginners, we are currently finalizing our middle and High school unit plans to be included as well, however if you are NEW to teaching FH we would be glad to send you drills and skills to teach your gym class!

After you teach the unit to your class you will need to fill out the excel template that we email you for data that USAFH needs us to submit!
We also ask that you pass out either the digital file of our program’s Flyer to your students or pass out the hard copy we provide, to support us and our partners who graciously help supply this amazing set as a discounted cost.
