Coaching philosophy: To help develop young ladies understanding of the game so that they may develop a love for the sport of field hockey through life long qualities, of hard work and dedication by pushing them to be the best that they can be through 100% effort. I use real life situations and often science based understanding to relate game situations to concepts drawn from the classroom, I believe that the basics are the most important aspect of the game and that perfecting fundamentals is the key to success in improving game play. I also focus on lifelong skills outside field hockey that girls can learn through the game, I try to instill values about cooperation, teamwork, time management, responsibility, and hard work relating to future college attributes.
