What is Indoor Field Hockey?
Indoor field hockey is a very fast game; it is very technical and physical.  The game is played on a hard surface like sport court or a gymnasium floor, with 5 field players and one goalie; the ball cannot come off the ground (unless shooting), and the sticks are much lighter and thinner. These playing conditions allow players to develop stick skills, field vision, block tackling, gain an understanding of tactics, and learn different defensive and attacking formations.  During game play there will be more touches on the ball, and a higher need for quick decision making, and advanced technical skills. Playing indoor hockey enhances overall skills which directly correlates to the outdoor game. Our teams practice weekly and participates in various tournaments.
