* This is a PRIME RECRUITING EVENT in your Buffalo backyard, have the chance to work with 15-20 different college coaches for 4 hours and be recruited in the process! 
Colleges include: U of R, Roberts Wesleyan, D'Youville, Mansfield, Oswego, Elmira, Utica, Geneseo, Houghton, Brockport, St. John Fisher, Allegheny, John Carroll, Nazareth, St. Francis

2026 COLLEGE SUMMER PROGRAM-REGISTER HERE

Buffalo's ONLY college prep program that helps College field hockey players continue training skills and preparing for pre-season during the summer months! This will be our 7th summer running the program and we are thrilled to bring this back to these athletes! This program is open to ALL current college athletes or high school juniors and seniors who are COMMITTED to college programs. Club affiliation NOT required! 

The  8 week program runs 5 days a week from June 20thth- August 14th, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays are 9:00-10:30 where players focus on individual skills and conditioning from their college workout packets. Tuesdays and Thursday from 9-10am they train with our trainers at STA sports performance and focus on strength training and injury prevention. 

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays ​June 20th- Aug 14th At Flash Fields
Tuesdays & Thursdays Sports Performance 9-10am June 23rd- August 13th

Players have the option to attend week by week based on summer schedules for a cost of $110 per week or pay for the summer in full (all 8 weeks) and receive a 15% discount. $748 instead of $880​
