Coaching Philosophy:
I believe that strengthening the mind is just as important to a player as having solid basic skills, being mentally tough is often the difference between making the save or conceding the shot. There is often underlying negativity between keepers on the same team, I try to foster an environment of supportiveness rather than unbridled competition so often seen.
