I believe that every athlete has the tools they need to be successful. My job is to bring those athletes to the realization that they can be great if they put in the time, effort, and commitment. When they combine the necessary skills and strategies that I can teach them and their “tools” they already possess, they are presented with a simple equation for success. I love this game and my goal is to help these girls set realistic goals, improve to their best ability, and teach them life lessons they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. My knowledge is worthless unless I pass it on, which is exactly why I choose to coach.
